We are a GBB (Gas Blowback) Rifle & pistol specialist, but we also take on AEG repair and upgrades.

CRW are extremely fortunate to have built up an incredible reputation for quality work in Hong Kong over the last 15 years. We moved to London in 2022. We aim to provide such quality work in UK.

Our turnaround times vary between 1 and 3 weeks total depending on parts availability and how busy we are at that time.

When considering how to get your weapon to us, you can arrange with us on the phone or Whatsapp 07384888128. then bring the weapon to our nearest Tube, Overground or Thameslink station WEST HAMPSTEAD,NW6 2LS between 11 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, or, having agreed on works with us remotely you can post your replica via the allowable Parcel Force Service to our address.

Please include a cover letter with your contact details and a brief description of the work you want to be done.

With all tech work, you have the option to supply your own parts if you wish or we can supply parts by our suggestion or at your request. We will call you before starting the work to ensure we are fully clear with what is required, we will call you again once the gun has been opened to discuss what we find internally.

We will call you once the works are complete, supply you with an invoice and take payment. The invoice will be dated, and your warranty period of 6 months will start from the date on this invoice.

AEG customers beware that our warranty only covers 7.4v Lipo Batteries or equivalents, the use of an 11.1v Lipo for replicas that require it will require our consent. Any attempts to disassemble your replica will also void the warranty. If you find any issues whatsoever after work, please ensure you contact us, we will help you to fix it remotely where possible or we will arrange to have the weapon returned to us for remedial works.

Our standard labour charge for GBB tech work is £35.00 per hour, or £175.00 for a complete disasembly, clean, relubricate, installation of upgrade or replacement parts, and reassembly of the Gas replica. The fixed charge rates are often the most sensible as it prevents large labour bills should we encounter any snags or difficulties with your weapon whilst working on it. ***Upgrade Parts will be charged separately***

AEG tech work is £40 per hour, or £175 fixed labour charge for complete disassembly, installation of any upgrade or replacement parts and reassembly of an AEG. ***Upgrade Parts will be charged separately***
