Please read the instruction booklet inside the AEG box. Different battery has different charging time.
If the battery is new, it usually takes 8-12 hours to charge. Larger the battery longer the charging time.
Small battery-8 hours for the first time. Then leave it 2 hours to cool down before using it.
Larger battery-some of them may need 12 hours.
IMPORTANT!!!
The charger won't cut the circuit when the battery is fully charged, please remeber to set an alarm and unplug the battery and charger. Otherwise the battery maynot be working afterwards.
